What is a collectible mail club?

Letters Between is a monthly collectible mail club inspired by folklore, myths, and cultural traditions from around the world.

Each month you'll receive a beautifully curated envelope featuring an original story, exclusive artwork, collectible keepsakes, and small paper treasures designed to bring a little wonder to your mailbox.

What comes in each monthly mailing?

Every month is different, but your envelope may include:

  • A story letter inspired by the month's folklore and traditions
  • A collectible character card
  • A themed postcard
  • Exclusive illustrated stickers
  • Other small surprises related to the monthly theme

Each collection is exclusive and will not be reproduced once the month has passed.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States and to many international destinations.

If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us and we'll be happy to see if shipping can be arranged.

When can I expect my letter?

Monthly mailings are shipped between the 1st and 4th of each month.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal service.

Please note that standard mail does not include tracking.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date to avoid future charges.

If your monthly mailing has already been processed or shipped, that month's order cannot be canceled.

Is shipping included?

Yes! Shipping is already included in your subscription price.

International customers may still be responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by their country.

Are the illustrations AI-generated?

No.

Every illustration included in Letters Between is created by a real human artist. We believe folklore deserves artwork made with imagination, care, and a human touch.

Can I buy previous collections?

Most monthly collections are limited editions and are available only during their release month.

Occasionally, any remaining copies may become available in very limited quantities, but we cannot guarantee that past collections will return.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because each monthly collection is prepared in limited quantities, we generally do not accept returns after an order has shipped.
