Cancellation policy
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing schedule displayed at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal charge through your customer account or by contacting us.
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not retroactively cancel an order that has already been charged, prepared, or shipped.
If a renewal has been charged but the corresponding order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and a refund. Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, except where applicable law gives you a mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right.
Once a subscription order has shipped, it is non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the goods are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except:
- When required by applicable law;
- When we sent the wrong product;
- When the order arrived damaged or defective;
- When we otherwise agree to refund them.
Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post an approved refund to your account.
